Terms
Terms of service
Last updated: 16 October 2026.
These terms cover the website merchant-center-fix.com and the private review service sold under the name Merchant Center Fix. The service is operated by LSquare Assets, an entrepreneur individuel, 231 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France. The registered office is a domiciliation. RCS Paris 947 499 646. SIRET 947 499 646 00018. Contact and invoices: contact@merchant-center-fix.com.
The terms are written for store owners acting in a professional capacity. If a mandatory consumer rule applies to you, it overrides anything here that conflicts with it.
The service
We review a Shopify store against our checklist for Google Merchant Center. The audit starts at 499 US dollars. That price covers the review and the written list of every point to work on. It does not include making the changes on the store.
If you want us to make those changes, we send a separate quote. We start that work only after you accept the quote. The quote states what is included.
Google decides whether an account is approved, whether products stay eligible, and whether a suspension is lifted. We do not manage Google Ads accounts, and we do not promise a result in Google Ads. The only commercial promise on a Merchant Center suspension is the one below, and only in the cases it describes.
The checklist published on this site has 144 points. That is our list, not an official count published by Google.
What you provide
You confirm that:
- you own the store, or you are allowed to give us access to it;
- the store address, the Google email, and the description you send us are accurate;
- you will not ask us to hide a practice that misleads buyers or Google.
We can refuse a store, or stop, if the access is incomplete or if the work would require us to misstate the business.
Price and invoices
Prices are stated before the work starts. Invoices are sent from LSquare Assets to the email we agree, and the contact address for invoices is contact@merchant-center-fix.com. The quote or the invoice states how and when to pay.
The 48-hour promise
“Unblocked in 48 hours” means we aim to have the store corrected and the suspension review requested within 48 hours once we have access and the work has started. It is not a promise that Google answers in 48 hours. Google reviews the account on its own timetable.
The refund applies only when all of the following are true:
- The engagement is Audit & Done: we make the corrections included in the quote you accepted. Or you make every correction on the list yourself, and we then confirm in writing that the store is ready. That confirmation is the green light.
- The review of that suspension is requested only after the green light. You do not request it earlier, and you do not open another Merchant Center account.
- Five calendar days after that request, the same Merchant Center account suspension is still in place.
The five days are the wait for Google’s review. They start when the review is requested, not when you first write to us. If the suspension is still in place at the end of those five days, we refund the sums you paid us for that engagement. The refund is the sole remedy for that outcome. Write to contact@merchant-center-fix.com.
The promise does not apply, and no refund is due, if:
- you bought the audit only, and the corrections were not finished, or we never gave the green light;
- you did not give us access to the Shopify store, Merchant Center, Google Analytics and Search Console, or you removed that access before Google answered;
- you changed the store, the feed, the policies or the catalog after the green light and before Google answered;
- you left a point on the list undone when you had chosen to make the corrections yourself;
- the information you gave us was incomplete or untrue;
- the account is unblocked, and it is suspended again later, even a few days later, for the same reason or a new one. A later block is a new situation;
- the store sells products, or makes claims, that Google restricts or that sit on the edge of those rules. That includes counterfeit goods, adult products, weapons, drugs, unsupported healthcare or supplement claims, and a business model Google treats as misleading rather than a page that can be corrected;
- Google refuses for a reason outside the corrections: circumventing systems, a linked Google Ads suspension, suspicious payments, an identity that does not match, a repeated abuse, or a policy that forbids the products themselves.
We can refuse the engagement before the review is requested when the catalog or the business looks ineligible. In that case we do not request the review, the promise does not apply, and sums already invoiced for the audit or for work already done stay due. An audit that only delivers the list never includes this promise by itself.
“Unblocked” means the account suspension that was submitted is lifted. It does not mean every product stays approved, that Google Ads is reinstated, or that a later suspension will not happen.
Your store, our material
Your store content stays yours. You give us access only so we can do the review and the corrections you approved. We treat store data and Merchant Center data as confidential, and we use them for that work. The privacy policy at /privacy/ describes the data in more detail.
The text, checklist and design of this site belong to LSquare Assets. You can read them and use the published checklist on your own store. You cannot copy the site or present the service as your own.
The website
The guides on this site explain Google’s rules. They are not legal advice, and they are not the commercial promise. The only promise is the one written in these terms.
Liability
We are not liable for Google’s decision, for lost sales or ad spend, or for the time Google takes to review an account. We are not liable for a suspension that happens after the account was unblocked. Where the refund above is due, that refund is the only compensation. For the work itself, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for that engagement, except where French law does not allow a limit, including fraud and bodily injury.
Law
French law applies. For a professional client, the courts of Paris have jurisdiction, without taking away a right that the law says cannot be waived.
