No clear reason

Suspended for no clear reason

The reason is short. It is rarely absent.

Short answer

“No reason” usually means the email did not name a URL. Merchant Center still has an issue. Open it. The most common title is misrepresentation: Google compared the business details, the policies and the prices, and they did not match. The page that failed is for you to find.

Look in this order

  1. The issue title in Merchant Center. Write it down word for word.
  2. Footer, contact page, and payments profile: one legal name, one address, one phone, one email.
  3. Returns and shipping: a real page, linked, saying the window, the method and any fee.
  4. One best-selling product: the feed link, the price, the currency, the stock.
  5. Anything theatrical: a countdown, a “only 2 left” that is not stock, reviews with no source.

Why this feels personal

The policy is written to stop shoppers being misled. It is not a note about your intent. A domiciliation, a new domain or a dropship supplier can be legitimate and still look unfinished if the rest of the site does not back them up. The address page and the misrepresentation page go further.

Questions people ask

Google suspended me and named nothing. Is that allowed?

The email is often brief. The account issue is the record. Misrepresentation in particular is enforced without a tour of every URL.

Could it be a mistake?

Sometimes the issue is wrong. Google lets you say you disagree when you request a review. Disagreement still needs a clear explanation and a store that matches your explanation.

What should I send you?
